SAISON

  • Bouquet of fruity and spicy notes provided by the yeast accompanied by a subtle hint of acidity and dryness which adds freshness to the drink. Not very bitter (18 IBU), our saison is made unique by the use of our malt which adds a touch of rusticity recalling the roots of the agricultural tradition to which the our style is deeply rooted.


     HISTORY: Saison, originally from Wallonia, found its origins as a peasant beer produced at the end of winter to be consumed during the harsh summer days by farmers, known as saisonnières". Each farm avidly guarded its own recipe, giving life to unique varieties, just like we do today!"
